Fund Source Operations Specialist
You will manage operations related to PayPay Charge, including coordination and procedures with financial institutions, schedule and maintenance management for charging infrastructure, troubleshooting erroneous charges, refunds and related incidents, invoice verification and payment processing, process improvement, and management of dispatched and contract employees.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate procedures, adjustments, schedules, and operations with financial institutions
- Negotiate and coordinate payment-cost optimization and handle external inquiries
- Coordinate and manage maintenance schedules with financial institutions and gateways
- Establish operational structures for stable charging infrastructure
- Organize response policies for erroneous charges and charging errors
- Coordinate stakeholders and drive refund operations
- Verify invoices, process payments, and improve related processes
- Direct and manage dispatched and contract employees
- Design task operations and manage progress and quality
Requirements
- Experience establishing, reforming, or improving operational processes
- Ability to define issues, structure and articulate problems, and drive solutions for undefined challenges
- Ability to prioritize and independently manage multiple projects in parallel
- Experience building consensus among multiple internal and external stakeholders with differing interests and completing projects
- Experience reviewing or reforming business processes from an overall optimization perspective
- Excel VBA or SQL skills are desirable
