About the Team:

The Global Financial Markets (GFM) team is at the forefront of driving innovation within financial markets. We are seeking a skilled java developer to drive the development in front office technology. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong domain knowledge in trading system. You will collaborate closely with trading desks, quants, and technology teams to ensure our systems are cutting-edge, resilient, and high performing.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Application Developer within Global Financial Markets, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Software Development: Development of high-performance, low-latency trading systems.
• System Performance & Resilience: Drive optimizations for latency, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Implementing and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate software delivery processes, ensuring efficient and reliable deployments.
• Collaboration: Partner with traders, quantitative analysts, and infrastructure teams to enhance system capabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1-5 years for Associate and 5-8 years for Sr Associate
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Java for high-performance systems.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding order management, and risk management.
• Performance Optimization: Experience in low-latency architectures, multithreading, and high-throughput systems.
• Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior professional experience in FinTech, top-tier brokerages, investment banks, or quantitative hedge funds.
