您的影响
定义城池发展体验
- 以项目目标为指引，主导城市成长、建筑升级、功能体系等玩法核心模块设计，营造激励成长与多元选择并存的体验节奏。
构建系统与成长闭环
- 搭建资源生产、消耗、成长及动力体系，让玩家在可感知的反馈循环中体验长期目标与阶段感成就。
推动系统创新与落地
- 将创意转化为高落地性的系统方案，主导原型验证与功能优化，不断提升成长体系与城池玩法的策略深度。
跨团队协作推动优质交付
- 联合美术、程序、数值、UI等多团队，保障系统设计与开发同步迭代、品质稳定，并持续聚焦用户体验提升。
数据驱动与行业洞察
- 关注市场标杆产品及行业趋势，结合数据分析和玩家反馈持续优化系统内容与成长曲线，提升竞争力与可玩性。
岗位职责
- 参与城池、建筑、资源及系统功能的0到1设计，实现成长、建造、运营等核心模块的系统化梳理与体验优化。
- 负责制定成长体系、资源产消与动力闭环相关文档与设计原型，把控系统机制的全周期推演和调优。
- 联合数值策划完成系统数值结构、资源分配及发展节奏的详细设定，实现公平性与可玩性平衡。
- 跟踪竞品并提炼差异化优势，提出城建及玩法创新点，高效转换为可执行的功能方案，推动快速迭代与落地。
- 配合研发、美术等协作团队，确保方案落地还原度和功能流畅，持续推动体验打磨和流程优化。
- 收集数据、分析玩家反馈，系统性评估和优化设计内容，推动城池发展和核心系统可持续进化。
任职要求
- 本科及以上学历，2年以上系统策划或城市成长相关经验，参与过上线产品的核心系统设计与迭代优先。
- 熟悉城池建设、养成、系统成长等相关机制，对经济系统、成长体系有系统认知与实操经验。
- 拥有扎实的玩法设计、系统梳理、文档输出与流程拆解能力，能独立承担重点模块并协作推进复盘。
- 关心用户长期体验，对成长驱动力和多元可玩性有深入洞察，善于结合数据分析优化系统内容。
- 具备出色的沟通与团队协作能力，积极推动方案高效落地。
加分项
- 有城市建设、成长模拟、策略或重社交手游的玩法及系统策划经验。
- 具备大型成长/经济系统模型搭建、数据调优或A/B测试实际经验。
- 有国际化项目、海外用户洞察或多文化团队协作能力。
- 能撰写或阅读英文系统策划文档。
