Gardens Manager
- Lead a team who upholds our “helpfulness” mission (outstanding customer service).
- Order live goods and accessories, manage inventory and visual merchandising.
- Stay informed of weather conditions, create and proactively implement a watering/plant protection plan ahead of adverse weather conditions.
- Assist with marketing and social media campaign content.
- Demonstrate plant and product knowledge to help customers with landscaping or gardening purchasing decisions.
- Manage Gardens maintenance such as watering, weeding, housekeeping, etc.
