- The minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is from € 2,200. The final offer could be higher to reflect the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive a discretionary/variable bonus payment. Capco is committed to providing fair and equitable compensation to our people. Your Role – GenAI Engineer
- Support the development of scalable Python applications focused on GenAI
- Learn and apply techniques like document chunking and embeddings
- Collaborate with the team on building intuitive UIs (Angular/React) and deployment processes (Docker, Terraform, GitHub Actions)
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into working code
- Follow coding best practices and contribute to testing and documentation
Skills and Expertise
- University degree in a relevant field
- Fluent English (German is a plus)
- 1–3 years of Python experience
- Interest in GenAI, LLMs, and data search technologies
- Experience with frontend tools (Angular/React) or DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions)
- Eagerness to learn, problem-solve, and collaborate
