SoftwareOne is a global leader in cloud and software services. We’re hiring a GenAI Engineer to design and deliver AI-powered applications using LLMs, agent orchestration platforms, and cloud technologies to accelerate digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement GenAI solutions, including prompt engineering and iterative optimization for enterprise use cases
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using platforms such as Dify, Coze, or Copilot Studio, integrating with APIs and enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for training, validation, and inference, ensuring compliance and data quality
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver measurable outcomes
• Conduct technical research on emerging GenAI frameworks and best practices, and contribute to innovation initiatives
• Document solution architecture, deployment processes, and provide guidance to junior engineers
