We are seeking an experienced general manager to lead a high-profile luxury destination in the UAE. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dynamic hotelier who thrives in fast-paced environments, inspires high-performing teams, and consistently delivers exceptional commercial and operational results.
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience as a general manager within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort
- Strong knowledge of the UAE hospitality market, ideally with experience in Abu Dhabi
- Proven ability to drive revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction, and brand excellence
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for developing talent and creating a positive culture
- Experience managing complex operations and large multicultural teams
- Strong owner and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Commercially astute with a hands-on approach and a commitment to operational excellence
