General Manager Charleston WV

Job Summary:
VP Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to join our team in Charleston, WV. This is a full-time, individual contributor role that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of our business in Charleston, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and profitability.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 to $70,000 per year
- Paid Biweekly
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance and paid time off

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute strategies to drive business growth and profitability in Charleston
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Oversee and manage all operational processes, including budgeting, staffing, and resource management
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Monitor and analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal regulations
- Serve as a liaison between the Charleston team and upper management, providing regular updates and reports on business performance

Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and profitability
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting experience
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to business operations
