General Manager

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, the General Manager provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the Paradise Casino enterprise. The position is responsible for ensuring profitable performance, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the Tribe’s economic and cultural priorities. The General Manager oversees all major operational areas including gaming, hospitality, and security while driving strategic growth, strengthening relationships with Tribal leadership, and delivering exceptional guest experience. The incumbent maintains strict confidentiality of all privileged information.
