Job Description: Our client in construction and trading is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead their company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the company
• Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field; Masters degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in financial management and strategic planning
• Knowledge of the construction industry is an advantage
