Job Overview
YU Health Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and manage the company’s overall operations and business development in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects between the company’s China headquarters and Singapore operations, overseeing product development and commercialisation, establishing new outlets, and building the local team.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate all projects and business activities between the China headquarters and the Singapore company.
* Serve as the main point of contact between the management teams in China and Singapore.
* Develop and implement the company’s business strategies and operational plans in Singapore.
* Oversee the research, development and localisation of health, wellness and beauty-related products for the Singapore market.
* Coordinate product formulation, testing, manufacturing, regulatory requirements, packaging and commercial launch.
* Manage relationships with manufacturers, laboratories, suppliers, distributors and other business partners.
* Develop and oversee the company’s product sales, distribution and marketing strategies.
* Lead the planning, establishment and launch of new outlets in Singapore.
* Manage outlet site selection, lease coordination, renovation, licensing and operational setup.
* Recruit, train and manage employees for the company’s Singapore office and outlets.
* Establish standard operating procedures and monitor service quality and staff performance.
* Prepare annual budgets, sales targets and business development plans.
* Monitor revenue, expenses, inventory and the overall financial performance of the Singapore operations.
* Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships and potential expansion channels.
* Ensure that the company’s operations comply with applicable Singapore laws and regulatory requirements.
* Provide regular operational, financial and project progress reports to the company’s directors and China headquarters.
* Perform other management duties necessary for the company’s development in Singapore.
