- Leading all Electrical engineering works for the projects in the company.
- Oversee project team and appraise their performance and ensure project are completed according to project schedule.
- Prepare and monitor project, budgets for Electrical works.
- Bid preparation, submission and bid clarification follow-up for electrical works.
- Participate in the engineering process to control cost and client budget requirements of the project.
- Develop Electrical works’ project schedule and monitor/update as the project progresses.
- Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of installation (i.e. shop drawings).
- Provide specific expertise for problem-solving electrical issues.
- Provide evaluation & assessment of subcontractor progress claim and performance.
- Monitor and inspect construction to ensure compliance with design documents.
- Ensure smooth completion of the project and compliance to statutory standards.
