Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate GenAI Engineer with 4 to 8 years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in building production-grade AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and AI Agent frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop GenAI applications using commercial and open-source LLMs.
- Build scalable RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.
- Develop APIs and backend services using Python/FastAPI.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and databases.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, reliability, and cost.
- Deploy and manage AI solutions on cloud platforms.
Required Skills
- 4 to 8 years of software engineering experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.
- Strong expertise in RAG, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, pgvector).
- Experience with AI Agent frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, Pydantic AI, or Gemini ADK.
- Good understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and structured outputs.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Good to Have
- Fine-tuning experience (LoRA, QLoRA, Hugging Face).
- AI evaluation and observability tools like LangSmith, RAGAS, DeepEval, or TruLens.
- Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
