Geotechnical Operations/Services Manager

Role Overview : The client is seeking a strong leader to head up their geotechnical division. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of 4 geotechnical professionals
• Overseeing complex geotechnical projects, including technical oversight, reporting, proposals, budgeting, and client engagement
• Supporting business development efforts alongside leadership
• Future growth path into an Office Principal-level role

Requirements:

• PE license (or able to obtain quickly through reciprocity)
• 6+ years experience in geotechnical engineering
• Proven leadership and people management background
• Strong technical skills: project management, reporting, proposal writing, budgeting
• Seller-doer mindset: can both manage and help grow business.
