German Speaking Sales Advisor WFH
Are you fluent in German and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences? Join our dynamic remote team as a Sales Representative, where your language skills and people-first attitude will help drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat, including orders, complaints, and general support.
- Sales Engagement: Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Turn challenges into opportunities by offering thoughtful, solution-oriented responses.
- Feedback Loop: Capture and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Order Review: Support customers with design and order queries to prevent issues before they arise.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German and English (read, write, speak)
- Basic proficiency in English for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is desirable
