Global People Operations Lead
You will lead and develop regional People Operations specialists across Sweden, the UK, and the Americas. You will own and improve the operating model for the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, internal mobility, leave, offboarding, employee data, and recurring People processes. You will oversee multi-country payroll, benefits, compliance, contractor risk, audit-ready documentation, controls, and reporting. You will own the HRIS strategy for HiBob and adjacent tools, including evaluation, implementation, integrations, data integrity, automation, access controls, and systems design. You will establish clear ownership, documented playbooks, intuitive self-service, and coordinated delivery. You will use AI thoughtfully to improve service delivery, data quality, and efficiency while maintaining privacy, compliance, controlled access, and employee trust.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional People Operations specialists across Sweden, the UK, and the Americas.
- Own and maintain scalable employee lifecycle workflows, including onboarding, job changes, internal mobility, leave, offboarding, employee data, and recurring People processes.
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and compliance across jurisdictions.
- Build audit-ready documentation, controls, and reporting.
- Own HRIS strategy for HiBob and adjacent tooling, including implementation, integrations, data integrity, automation, access controls, and systems design.
- Establish clear ownership, documented playbooks, self-service workflows, and coordinated operational delivery.
- Build an AI-ready data and access foundation and implement appropriate AI-assisted self-service.
Requirements
- 10+ years of People or HR Operations experience.
- Experience leading and developing People Operations specialists.
- Experience at an AI-native or fast-scaling technology company, or a clear perspective on AI-native People Operations.
- Experience owning multi-country payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Experience with Sweden, United Kingdom, and United States employment operations is a strong plus.
- Experience designing scalable People Operations systems and processes in a high-growth environment.
- Knowledge of privacy-by-design, role-based access, and safe AI usage standards.
