Global Project Manager (f/m/d)
What You Can Expect:
- You lead and deliver complex international projects, ensuring successful execution through effective governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and on-time, on-budget delivery.
- You drive project management excellence by implementing and continuously improving methodologies, tools, standards, and governance frameworks across the organization.
- You coach, mentor, and develop project managers and project teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- You support global sales activities by providing project management expertise during customer engagements, proposal development, implementation planning, and project execution.
- Furthermore, you strengthen the global project management community by promoting collaboration, knowledge sharing, standardization, and best-practice implementation.
What You Bring:
- You have successfully completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- You have at least 3 years of project management experience and a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional, and international projects, ideally within a global matrix organization.
- You possess strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence and drive results without direct authority.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, automation, or related industries as well as a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) are considered an advantage.
- Last but not least, you are fluent in English, verbally and in writing, and possess excellent communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
