Graduate Architect
We are seeking a motivated Architect to join our technical architecture team. This role offers the opportunity to support the planning, design, and delivery of commercial, residential, infrastructure, transportation, and mixed-use projects while collaborating with experienced architects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support the development of architectural designs and project documentation.
- Assist in preparing concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
- Develop BIM/CAD models, presentations, and design reports.
- Participate in design reviews, coordination meetings, and workshops.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
- Assist with Architectural compliance review.
Essential
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Strong design, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design tools.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of Building Codes
Desirable
- Project experience in architectural design.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and visualization tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and building regulations.
