Locations

Opportunities are available in:

• Tamworth
• Orange
• Telopea
• Liverpool
• Parramatta

You'll be based at a home location in Year 1, with the opportunity to complete a nearby rotation in Year 2. A current driver's licence is essential, as regional travel is required.

• Advocate for people experiencing vulnerability
• Build strong relationships and trust
• Work alongside experienced multidisciplinary teams
• Develop practical case management skills

Recent graduates (or graduating soon) in:

• Social Work
• Psychology
• Human Services
• Community Services
• Counselling
• Social Sciences
• Criminology
• Public Health
• Related disciplines

To be considered for the Graduate Case Manager Program, you must:

• Hold permanent work rights in Australia
• Be willing to commit to the 2-year graduate program
• Hold or be eligible to obtain a Working with Children Check
• Hold a current Australian driver's licence
