- Experience in Emerging Talent and/or Learning & Development in Poland
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Experience in coaching / supporting Emerging Talent or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the development landscape.
- Experience supporting HR processes in Poland
- Confident presenter/facilitator (virtual and in-person).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
