What You’ll Do
- Implement risk-based monitoring processes to ensure sub awardee compliance with state and federal grant requirements.
- Conduct desk, on site, and virtual reviews of programmatic, fiscal, and reporting activities.
- Analyze financial documentation to verify allowable costs and identify potential risks.
- Serve as a finance and administration resource for Division Directors.
- Monitor sub award spending using PeopleSoft Financials and maintain organized financial records.
- Review sub awardee data for accuracy and alignment with performance measures.
- Identify compliance issues and support sub awardees in developing corrective action plans.
- Provide technical assistance to strengthen grant management, documentation, and reporting.
- Maintain detailed monitoring records and audit ready documentation.
- Collaborate with internal program, finance, and data teams to resolve monitoring related issues.
- Track and verify completion of corrective actions and resolution of findings.
- Contribute to improving monitoring tools, templates, and procedures.
- Assist internal staff and sub awardees with audit preparation and responses. Note: Duties may evolve or be assigned as needed.
