What you'll be doing day to day

'- Executes department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability.
- Produces and installs graphic communications throughout the store in line with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity.
- Ensures the implementation of graphic communication is cost-efficient, and supports the company's sustainability initiatives.
- Collaborates with leadership to design store-specific printed materials.
- Remains up to date on graphic communication and retail trends.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-Time
BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes
HOURS – 12-20 hours per week. Must have working availability between the hours of 7:00AM-3:30PM from Mondays to Fridays. (Some weekends shifts are required, depending on the needs of the business, remodels/special projects, etc.)

The hourly pay rate range for this role is $23.23 - $32.82

Qualifications

'- 2-3 years of graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press production tools.
- Associate's degree in Graphic Design or similar preferred.
The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 23.23 USD to 32.82 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
