• Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, banners, certificates, infographics, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in creating promotional creatives for campaigns, webinars, events, product launches, and internal communications.
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.
• Edit, resize, and optimize graphics for different digital platforms and devices.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and video teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs as required.
• Prepare design files for both digital and print production.
• Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and project files.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Follow organizational SOPs, approval workflows, and file management processes.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar graphic design tools.
• Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Creativity with strong visual storytelling skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
