Graphic Designer
Role overview & Key responsibilities:
This role goes beyond production. You will shape how PadCare Labs looks across every touchpoint — digital, print, and in-person. You will bring brand guidelines to life consistently across campaigns, platforms, and formats, and help build a visual identity that people recognise instantly. You will work closely with the Content Executive, the Brand Lead, and the leadership team, which means you will need strong execution skills alongside a good eye for brand consistency.
1. Visual Identity and Brand Consistency
Design assets across digital and print that are consistent with brand guidelines
Help maintain and evolve the visual identity system (colour, typography, iconography, templates)
Flag and help resolve visual inconsistencies across channels and touchpoints
2. Campaign and Marketing Collateral
Design creatives for social media (LinkedIn and Instagram), campaigns, and launches
Create presentation decks, one-pagers, brochures, and sales collateral
Translate content briefs and copy into clear, on-brand visual formats
3. Digital and Web Assets
Design landing page graphics, email templates, and website visuals
Create banner ads and digital assets for paid and organic campaigns
Support basic web/UI asset needs in coordination with dev or agency partners
4. Employer Branding and Recruitment Collateral
Design job post templates, careers page visuals, and recruitment campaign creatives
Support employer branding initiatives with consistent, on-brand visual assets
5. Events: Internal and External
Design collateral for external events, conferences, and summits (banners, booth design, signage, printed materials)
Support internal events such as townhalls with relevant visual and presentation assets
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure event materials are briefed, prepped, and on-brand
6. Collaboration and Workflow
Work closely with the Content Executive to pair visuals with copy across channels
Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and internal teams as needed
Incorporate feedback quickly while maintaining brand and quality standards
7. Tools and Innovation
Maintain strong working proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
Leverage AI design tools to improve efficiency and explore new creative directions
Continuously identify ways to streamline design workflows and output
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio across digital and print
Solid grasp of typography, layout, colour theory, and brand systems
Proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience designing for social media and digital campaigns
Ability to work across multiple formats: social, web, print, and event collateral
Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a strong plus
Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus
Comfort working in a lean, fast-moving team where you own your work end-to-end
