Graphic Designer
Job Summary
Conceptualize and create compelling graphic designs and illustrations that drive brand engagement and visual impact. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality visuals aligned with strategic objectives and brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop visual concepts and create images, banners, logos, and website layouts using design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or by hand to meet project requirements.
- Design lively and eye-catching graphic elements and illustrations that enhance brand presence and audience engagement.
- Illustrate concepts by arranging art elements including size, type size, and style, and submit designs for approval to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Review final layouts and recommend improvements to ensure graphics are visually appealing, expressive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve project goals and contribute to overall team success.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in graphic design or related field with 5 to 8 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Proven ability to create attractive designs with a consistent style, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (AI), Adobe Photoshop (PSD), and 3D design programs capable of generating STL files with high accuracy and fluidity.
- Strong skills in outlining and gradients (shadows, depth, etc.) with the ability to articulate design concepts and processes clearly.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and collaborate across organizational levels including senior leadership.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities with attention to detail and high accuracy.

- Ability to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively as a team player.
