Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphical Designer to join our team. You will develop and ensure the quality of graphic design solutions in line with our clients brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop graphic design solutions (logos, emblems, signage, labels, icons) that align with brand identity.
- Execute brand design strategy directives.
- Communicate designs via sketches, renderings, illustrations, or CAD models.
- Ensure design quality from suppliers for all visual surfaces.
- Lead projects and mentor team members.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on complex design issues.
- Contribute to project roadmaps and align with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Advanced education in Graphical Design or related field.
- Extensive work experience in graphical design.
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Recognized expertise in complex design issues.
- Strong strategic vision and alignment with business goals.
- Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
- At least 7-10 years Graphical Design experience.
