Growth and AI Initiatives Manager

You will lead AI initiatives from scoping and tool research through solution design, testing, rollout, and outcome tracking. You will embed AI tools into business workflows, resolve blockers, document repeatable practices, manage strategic initiative delivery, build reporting, and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI initiatives from scoping and tool research through solution design, testing, and rollout
• Embed AI tools into business workflows and track measurable outcomes
• Identify and resolve blockers proactively
• Research emerging AI tools and create repeatable best practices
• Track progress and manage delivery for key strategic initiatives
• Build dashboards and reporting for decision-making
• Quickly take on and deliver new initiatives in ambiguous or fast-changing situations
• Identify cross-team collaboration friction and drive alignment

Requirements

• Fluent professional-level written and spoken Chinese
• Bachelor's degree or above
• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Midjourney
• Ability to discuss specific AI use cases and outcomes
