Growth Manager

You will develop and execute growth strategies, research markets, identify partnership and acquisition opportunities, and improve user experience, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate on targeted campaigns, analyze performance data, track KPIs, and identify new growth opportunities in the crypto industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy aligned with business objectives and KPIs
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
• Identify and evaluate partnerships, collaborations, and acquisition opportunities
• Optimize user experience to drive engagement and retention
• Develop targeted campaigns to attract users and drive conversions
• Analyze data to track performance and identify improvements
• Monitor industry trends and innovations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related field
• Fluent knowledge of English and Russian
• At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing or a related field
• Deep understanding of the crypto industry and blockchain technology
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools
• Proven track record of driving growth and achieving KPIs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently
