Hardware Support Engineer
Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all IT infrastructure endpoints and network devices .To ensures high availability, security, and performance of desktops, laptops, network devices, Wi-Fi infrastructure, surveillance systems,Firewall and related IT assets.
Requirements
- Windows administration and troubleshooting.
- Desktop and laptop hardware maintenance.
- Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VLAN, Routing, and Switching.
- Firewall administration and VPN management.
- Wi-Fi network management and troubleshooting.
- CCTV, NVR/DVR, and surveillance system administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity
