Hardware Validation and Debug Engineer - DDR
You validate and debug new hardware platforms in the lab. You debug PCB, power, signal integrity, and interface issues; validate LPDDR5 and other interfaces; analyse timing margins and eye diagrams; identify root causes; drive corrective actions; and create bring-up documentation, test procedures, and debug reports.
Responsibilities
- Validate and debug new hardware platforms
- Debug PCB, power, signal integrity, and interface issues
- Validate high-speed memory and low-speed interfaces
- Support LPDDR5 initialization, training, timing optimisation, margin analysis, and stability validation
- Analyse DDR timing margins, signal integrity, eye diagrams, and training behaviour
- Identify root causes and drive corrective actions across hardware and firmware
- Create bring-up documentation, test procedures, and debug reports
- Perform board bring-up and subsystem debugging
- Drive issue resolution across teams
