Job Description

• Actively Implement Strategic HR Initiatives Such As Succession Planning And Staff Retention Programs For The Company And Within The Department As And When Appropriate.
• Enhance The Working Relationships Between Management & Employees Via Different Employee Engagement & Continuous Improvement Programs To Create Better Lives & Welfare For Employees.
• Improve An Adequate Talent Management Process, Employee Culture, And Organisation Development Promptly.

Requirement

• 12+ years of experience in HR, well exposed in all 3 HR spectra including people engagement, people management, and general affairs.
• Ideally coming from a Banking background.
• Professional level of English proficiency.
