Hiring Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Design playground layouts utilizing standard CAD blocks/designs provided by PlayPower or others.
Design two dimensional & three dimensional structures using AutoCAD & 3ds Max.
Produce photorealistic renderings and detailed presentation packages of standard, custom, and themed play structures.
Assist in producing animations of playgrounds with animated kids and components.
Various administrative functions related to site design including but not limited to work flow documentation, electronic queue, marketing work and project scheduling.
Ability to read plans and specifications provided by sales representatives, customers and Engineer/Architects.
Communicate in a professional and friendly manner with sales representatives and/or customers (both orally and written)
Work towards certification in CPSI (Certified Playground Safety Inspector)
Education and experience:
Associate Degree in Technical/Engineering Design. Preferred Bachelor s degree in fine art, computer graphics, or a multimedia field. Minimum two years experience in engineering, architectural or media design environment. Will train right candidate working towards degree or lacking in experience.
