📍 Location: TutorJohn Learning Centre – Hybrid (Choa Chu Kang HQ / Remote)
💼 Position: Marketing Intern
💰 Compensation: Up to $2,000/month (Based on experience & performance)
🗓 Commitment: Min. 3 months (Longer preferred)

🌟 About TutorJohn Learning Centre

TutorJohn is a fast-growing education brand with 3 centres across Singapore – 2 in Choa Chu Kang and 1 in Tampines. We offer small-group tuition for Primary and Secondary students in English, Math, Science, and Chinese.

We are now looking for a hands-on and creative Marketing Intern to drive campaigns, boost outreach, and grow our online presence through effective digital marketing and content creation.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Plan & Execute Marketing Campaigns
• Assist in conceptualising and launching marketing campaigns for student intake, events, and promotions
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance

✅ Run Social Media Ads
• Set up and manage paid ad campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Optimise targeting, budget, and performance for maximum outreach

✅ Content Creation & Management
• Create short-form video content (IG Reels, TikToks)
• Design graphics using Canva, CapCut, or other tools
• Draft engaging captions aligned with brand tone

✅ On-Site Media & Coverage
• Capture photos/videos of students, tutors, events, and day-to-day centre life (Choa Chu Kang/Tampines)

✅ Digital Marketing & Brand Growth
• Assist in creating EDMs, flyers, and updating marketing assets
• Support in driving brand awareness and engagement across all platforms

👀 Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Polytechnic/University students in Marketing, Media, or Communications
✔ Familiar with paid advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
✔ Skilled in Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar content tools
✔ Creative, independent, and results-oriented
✔ Strong understanding of social media trends and audience engagement
✔ Available for at least 3 months (full-time or part-time commitment can be discussed)
✔ Interest in youth, education, or purpose-driven branding is a plus
