HR & Recruitment Consultant

This is a dual-role position covering: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions. • Sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates. • Managing client hiring requirements. • Experience recruiting roles ranging from nannies, babysitters and domestic staff to corporate/white-collar positions. • Managing multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities. HR Generalist • Employee onboarding and offboarding. • Employee relations and disciplinary matters. • Attendance, leave and payroll-related matters. • General HR support for a workforce of 50+ employees. • Client & Business Development

The successful candidate must be comfortable dealing directly with companies and clients and should have experience with: • Understanding client requirements. • Preparing recruitment proposals and quotations. • Preparing and negotiating recruitment/service agreements. • Managing client relationships. • Following up and converting recruitment opportunities into business. • Experience in an HR consultancy, recruitment agency or staffing company is strongly preferred. What We Are Looking For • 2–6 years of relevant experience in TA/Recruitment and HR. • Strong Dubai/UAE recruitment experience. • Proven experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees. • Practical HR Generalist experience. • Strong communication, negotiation and client-management skills. • Ability to work independently and take ownership. • Commercial mindset and willingness to work in a fast-growing business. Compensation We are being transparent about the package from the beginning: • Fixed Salary: AED 4,000–5,000/month • Performance Commission: AED 5,000–6,000/month • Potential Total Earnings: AED 9,000–11,000/month • The role is structured approximately 50% fixed / 50% performance-based. • Candidates looking for a fully fixed salary should not apply. Flexible Options For the right candidate, we can also consider: • Full-time • Part-time / temporary • Remote, commission-only arrangement for experienced recruiters Important We are a growing company, and the first 3–6 months will be demanding as we build our recruitment and HR consultancy business.
