Position Description

As a member of the Strategic Workforce Planning team, the role will support various workforce planning and organizational initiatives across the organization. The position will assist in data collection, reporting, documentation, and coordination activities related to workforce planning, organizational reviews, succession planning, and HR governance. Working closely with HR team members and business stakeholders, the role will help ensure accurate workforce information and support day-to-day planning activities.

This position offers an opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy while supporting the growth and development of JGES Group.

Key Role Responsibilities

Workforce Planning Support

  • Support workforce planning activities aligned with business and organizational requirements.
  • Assist in collecting, maintaining, and validating workforce and headcount data.
  • Support workforce analysis and reporting activities.
  • Assist with annual workforce planning and budgeting exercises.
  • Prepare workforce reports, presentation materials, and planning documentation.

Organization& Workforce Analysis

  • Support organizational reviews and workforce assessments.
  • Maintain organization charts and workforce-related records.
  • Assist in gathering and analyzing workforce data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and workforce planning processes.

Talent Strategy and SWP Support

  • Maintain information related to critical positions and succession plans.
  • Assist with preparing materials for workforce and talent discussions.
  • Support workforce sustainability initiatives across the organization.

Reporting& Coordination

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and workforce-related analysis for HR stakeholders.
  • Support HR projects and workforce planning initiatives as required.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect information and track action items.
  • Conduct research and benchmarking activities to support workforce planning initiatives

Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Workforce Planning, HR Analytics, Business Planning, Consulting, or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, project coordination, or HR-related activities is preferred.
  • Exposure to working with international stakeholders or across multiple markets is valued.
  • Experience preparing reports, presentations, and management materials.

  • Experience within the energy, infrastructure, or professional services sectors would be advantageous
  • Japanese language proficiency is preferred but not required.
