HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Close collaboration with executives and departments as a sparring partner on all HR-related matters
• Supporting and advising team leads throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Talent development as well as operational HR work, from onboarding to offboarding
• Shaping and further developing HR processes and standards together with your colleagues at our other locations
• Supporting organizational change processes and change management initiatives

Your Profile

• Completed degree with a focus on HR, business psychology, business administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in a comparable HR role, ideally with a focus on the IT sector
• Solid knowledge of talent development, operational HR work, and employee lifecycle management
• Strong communication skills, initiative, and enjoyment in shaping structures within a dynamic environment
• Very good German language skills as well as fluent English communication skills
