HR Business Partner

Responsibilities:
Own and continuously improve core HR processes — including adaptation, onboarding/offboarding, performance assessment, employee development, and motivation.
Partner with product CEOs on day-to-day people matters — providing guidance, facilitating discussions, and helping drive sound decision-making.
Build strong communication with employees and team leads — running regular 1:1s, resolving conflicts, and finding balanced, win-win solutions.
Promote corporate culture and values through everyday practices and team interactions.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives in collaboration with the HR team — grounded in data insights and focused on measurable outcomes.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures, keeping them relevant and effective.
Analyze HR analytics and make data-driven decisions across culture, engagement, and team health initiatives.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as an HR professional, with a focus on managing the full employee lifecycle, ideally within a product company.
English level B1+.
Working knowledge of HR analytics and comfort using data to inform decisions.
Solid understanding of HR best practices and employee engagement techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships with employees.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, results-driven mindset — comfortable pushing things forward, challenging the status quo, and taking ownership to get things done right.
