Summary:
The Human Resource Business Partner plays a
pivotal role in driving organizational success by leading end-to-end HR
operations with a focus on talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management,
and strategic workforce development. This position is responsible for
overseeing critical HR functions including recruitment & talent
acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits
administration, and HR policy implementation. The ideal candidate will ensure
compliance with labor laws, streamline HR processes through effective HRMIS
management, and foster a high-engagement workplace culture. With a strong focus
on data-driven decision-making and employee-centric practices, the HR Business
Partner will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment
between HR initiatives and business objectives. This role is instrumental in
shaping a scalable, compliant, and motivated workforce that supports
sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment &
talent acquisition, including job posting, candidate screening, interview
coordination, and offer management.
- Manage employee onboarding
processes to ensure seamless integration and early engagement.
- Oversee exit processes, including
offboarding, exit interviews, and knowledge transfer documentation.
- Administer compensation &
benefits programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and competitive
positioning.
- Coordinate payroll activities in
collaboration with finance, ensuring timely and error-free
disbursements.
- Implement and maintain HR
policies and procedures in alignment with legal and organizational
standards.
- Conduct performance management
cycles, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and appraisal
reviews.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate
training & development programs to enhance employee skills and career
progression.
- Manage HR documentation and
maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records in the HRMIS.
- Monitor and analyze attendance
data, identify trends, and implement corrective measures to improve
workforce productivity.
- Drive employee engagement
initiatives through surveys, recognition programs, and feedback
mechanisms.
- Support HR operations by ensuring
process efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to
managers on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and
performance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate
qualification preferred.
- 5–7 years of progressive
experience in HR management within a corporate or fast-growing
organization.
- BFSI/FinTech/lending industry
hiring experience as preferred.
- Proven expertise in HRMIS
platforms (Zoho People, Zoho Workplace, Zoho Payroll, Zoho Expense, Zoho
Recruit) for managing employee data and reporting. Knowledge of SAP
SuccessFactors, Workday is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indian
labor laws, including the Factories Act, EPF, ESIC, and relevant state
regulations.
- Demonstrated experience in compensation
& benefits design, payroll coordination, and statutory
compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of performance
management frameworks and employee engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience in training
& development program design and delivery.
- Proficient in HR documentation
standards, record-keeping, and data privacy protocols.
- Excellent organizational,
multitasking, and time management skills with high attention to
detail.
- Strong interpersonal,
communication, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to work independently and
collaboratively across departments to drive HR initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Excel,
PowerPoint, and HR analytics tools for reporting and insights.
