HR Business Partner

- Strategic HR Business Partnering: Serve as the HR Business Partner for the relevant location, providing strategic and operational consultation to local management and employees on all business and leadership-related HR topics, acting as the single face to the customer across the entire HR value chain.
- HR Policy Implementation & Compliance: Ensure implementation of all HR policies, processes, and programs at the local level in line with the functional matrix. Drive compliance with country-specific HR regulations and governance requirements, representing the company in dialogues with employee representatives, works councils, unions, and labor authorities.
- HR Analytics & Workforce Insights: Provide reporting, consultation, and recommendations to line managers on HR KPIs (e.g., FTE & personnel costs, turnover rates, absence, employee engagement results) to enable data-driven people decisions.
- Change Management & Organizational Development: Drive change management and company transformation together with line management. Ensure HR is involved in planning and managing organizational changes, and actively support a company culture that recognizes and maximizes the value of employee contributions.
- Employee Relations & Governance: Coordinate labor relations in the area of responsibility, ensuring labor regulations are followed. Take ownership of executing and implementing group-wide HR governance and compliance issues, fostering positive employee relations throughout the organization.
What makes us successful together
- Qualifications: You hold a University degree (Master or Bachelor) in HR or a related field.
- Experience: You have 5–7 years of relevant experience in a company-related HR position.
- Know-how: You possess in-depth knowledge of HR Business Partnering, Change Management, and Labour Relations/Governance best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with emphasis on accuracy are essential.
- Personality: You bring high-level communication, consulting, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills enable you to deliver internal presentations with business acumen, clearly communicate information, and provide quality support.
- Language skills: You are fluent in English and the local language (both written and spoken) for effective global and local collaboration.
