Hiring Position: HR Data Analyst: Open to Thai Nationals Only
Working Condition: Hybrid Working (3 Days at Office and 2 Days from Anywhere OR WFA)
Location: Bangkok, Thailand (BTS and MRT Accessible)
Pay Rate: THB 45000 to THB 70000 + Travel Allowance + Mobile Allowance

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Data & Reporting Analyst to enhance our global HR reporting capabilities. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining HR data accuracy, developing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring seamless collaboration between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing our HR systems and providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Reporting & Data Management: Develop, refine, and maintain global HR reports while ensuring data accuracy, quality, and compliance.
- KPI Development & Analytics: Design and optimize HR Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and Legal teams to align HR data solutions with company-wide strategies.
- System Support & Training: Provide first-level assistance and user training on SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow platforms.
- HR Data Maintenance: Manage new positions and template updates in SAP SuccessFactors to ensure global HR data remains up to date.
Your Profile:
- Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and ServiceNow is an advantage.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for HR teams and business leaders.
- Ownership & Accountability: Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility for project execution.
- Team-Oriented: A collaborative mindset with a passion for fostering positive relationships across departments.
