Job Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to oversee and support daily HR operations across multiple functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, learning and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering efficient HR services, maintaining compliance, and promoting a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely recruitment.
- Maintain recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR documentation.
- Manage employee resignation, termination, clearance, and exit interview processes.
Employee Relations
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR support on workplace matters.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and monitor completion.
- Support managers in setting performance objectives and employee development plans.
- Maintain performance management records and reports.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department managers.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Compensation & Benefits
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave balances, overtime, and employee data.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and respond to related inquiries.
- Review payroll data to ensure accuracy before processing.
HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and personnel files.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and labor laws.
- Participate in HR initiatives and continuous process improvement projects.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 3–5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar Human Resources role.
- Experience managing multiple HR functions across the employee lifecycle.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
