HR Generalist
Are you an HR professional who enjoys connecting talented people with meaningful work? Parc Center for Disabilities is seeking an organized, relationship-driven HR Generalist to lead day-to-day recruiting efforts while supporting benefits, leave administration, onboarding, and other HR functions.
This is a hands-on, fully on-site role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with candidates and employees, and takes pride in creating a positive experience throughout the employment lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
- Manage job postings and candidate activity in the applicant tracking system
- Review applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews
- Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process
- Source candidates for high-volume and difficult-to-fill positions
- Support job offers, pre-employment requirements, job fairs, and recruiting outreach
- Assist employees with benefits enrollment and qualifying life events
- Support the administration and tracking of FMLA and other employee leaves
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding
- Track required employee training
- Assist with employee engagement, HR records, reporting, audits, and compliance
