HR Manager

Join an established international maritime organisation and take ownership of a broad HR portfolio supporting its Singapore operation and wider group companies.

This is a hands-on HR Manager role covering the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, HR policies, payroll coordination and HRIS administration.

You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and overseas HR counterparts, while providing leadership to the HR team and oversight of HR activities across group companies.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience operating in an HR Manager capacity, with responsibility across the full spectrum of HR functions.
• Experience managing or supervising HR staff, together with oversight of HR activities across multiple group companies, entities or overseas offices.
• Experience working in a multinational environment preferred, with relevant maritime sector experience highly desired.
• Candidates should currently be based in Singapore, as relocation support is not available for this position.
