HR Manager
A leading medical device company is actively recruiting an HR manager for their Riyadh office.

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Oversee HR policies, processes, compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business needs and local regulations.
- Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring high-quality delivery across the employee lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi employment legislation and company policies.
- Work with senior leadership to drive business and people strategy.
- Develop and implement initiatives across employee engagement, culture, talent, performance and organisational development.
- Workforce planning, talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
- Drive employee experience, engagement and retention across the organisation.
- Use people data and insights to support senior-level decision-making and improve organisational effectiveness.
To be successful, you will need to meet the following:
- 7–10 years of HR management experience.
- Experience working within a multinational organisation.
- Previous experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies and employment regulations in KSA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English.
