This is a key role within Klättermusen, responsible for shaping and supporting the organization's people strategy, culture, leadership, and growth. Reporting to the COO and working closely with the management team, you will act as a strategic HR partner while also leading and developing the HR function.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational execution and who wants to make a real impact in a growing international premium brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Business Partner
Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team and managers on people-related matters.
Translate business strategy into people initiatives that support organizational growth and performance.
Drive organizational design and workforce planning to ensure the right capabilities for future needs.
Support leaders in complex people decisions, change management, and team development.
Lead leadership development initiatives and contribute to building a strong leadership culture.
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
Drive and strengthen Klättermusen's culture, values, and employee engagement across all geographies.
Own and continuously improve the employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Lead engagement initiatives, including eNPS follow-up and action planning.
Drive initiatives that support employee wellbeing, health, and sustainable performance.
HR Function Leadership
Lead and further develop the HR function, including a People Operations Coordinator and an HR & Payroll Coordinator.
Establish standards, governance, and best practices for HR processes and delivery.
Ensure HR policies, frameworks, and documentation remain relevant, effective, and business-aligned.
Partner closely with managers to enable high-quality people management throughout the organization.
Change, Growth & Compliance
Lead HR-related aspects of organizational change, international expansion, and transformation projects.
Ensure compliance with labor legislation, internal policies, and ethical standards across all operating regions.
Maintain pragmatic and scalable HR processes that support both business needs and employee experience.

Experience & Skills
Several years of broad HR experience, including HR Business Partner and/or HR leadership responsibilities.
Experience partnering with senior leaders and management teams.
Strong knowledge of organizational development, leadership support, and employee relations.
Experience driving organizational change and transformation initiatives.
Good understanding of Swedish employment law and experience navigating employment legislation across other European markets.
Experience working in an international environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Professional fluency in English
