HR Manager
- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, talent development, grievances, discipline, and offboarding.
- Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices that align with business objectives and local employment legislation.
- Partner with senior leaders to provide strategic HR guidance on organisational design, employee relations, and change management initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for London and North & South America, including workforce planning, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Oversee global payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accurate and timely salary payment, and compliance with the relevant regulations.
- Support compensation and benefits reviews, benchmarking, and reward programmes in collaboration with management and senior leadership.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across the London and North & South America offices.
- Own and manage the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, system enhancement, reporting accuracy, and process automation in the alignment with business needs.
- Organise staff activities and events for employee engagement and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage, mentor, and develop HR team member based in Hong Kong office, providing guidance, coaching, and ongoing support to enhance capability and performance.
- Manage relationships with external HR vendors, payroll providers, benefits partners and HR software vendor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 qualification preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in an HR Manager or HR Business Partner capacity.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practical understanding of North & South American HR practices and employment regulations.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple regions and job functions and levels.
- Exceptional communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Solid experience in using HRIS, ATS and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
- Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently.
- Experience supporting fast-growing multinational organisations across EMEA, North & South America, and APAC regions is advantageous.
