About the role

The HR Manager will partner closely with Management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives, strengthen organisational effectiveness and support business growth. This is a HR leadership role suited for a proactive and adaptable professional who enjoy driving HR initiatives, employee engagement and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Management and department heads on manpower planning, organisational needs and people strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Provide HR advisory and solutions on organisational effectiveness, employee performance and people-related matters.

• Manage annual performance management cycle, and guide managers in performance feedback, coaching and addressing performance gaps.

• Identify training and development needs and coordinate training programmes.

• Provide HR advisory support to employees and managers on workplace, grievance, disciplinary and employee relations matters.

• Plan and implement employee engagement, welfare and culture-building initiatives to strengthen morale and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• 5–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with solid exposure across the full spectrum of HR functions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a practical and solutions-oriented approach.

• Proactive, hands-on, adaptable and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of integrity, discretion, confidentiality, accountability and professionalism.
