You will lead and develop a team of HR professionals, set priorities, grow capabilities, and ensure the team delivers against process and compliance goals. Process design and governance
You will design and standardize HR administration processes across international markets, building scalable, consistent workflows where processes are currently fragmented or evolving. Full-cycle HR operations
You will continuously improve HR lifecycle processes, including hiring, onboarding, payroll, terminations, and offboarding, while overseeing multi-country payroll in compliance with local labor and tax regulations. AI-enabled HR transformation
You will identify opportunities to automate HR operations, implement AI tools, and integrate them into everyday workflows. Risk management and audit readiness
You will prepare for audits, identify operational risks, and continuously strengthen HR processes and controls.* Have 5+ years of experience in HR administration or HR operations in an international environment * Have experience leading and developing teams * Have supported M&A transactions, business transformations, or post-merger integrations * Have strong knowledge of global payroll processes and compliance * Have experience with entity setup, restructuring, or liquidation * Have a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR documentation standards * Can design and improve complex HR processes * Are a confident user of AI tools and know how to apply them to HR operations * Can drive change and align stakeholders across functions and geographies * Are fluent in English, both written and spoken* Experience working with external payroll providers, legal advisors, or consultants * Experience preparing materials and presenting to senior stakeholders * A track record of improving HR processes and controls ahead of audits
