About This Opportunity
Join the UNIQLO Future Leaders Internship Programme as a Human Resources Business Partner Intern and gain practical exposure to how HR supports store operations. You will work closely with the HRBP team to support recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, HR administration, and people related projects while learning how UNIQLO attracts, engages, and develops future talent.
What You Will Learn
By the end of the internship, you will:
Build practical understanding of how HR supports store operations and business priorities.
Understand the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate coordination to hiring support.
Gain exposure to candidate attraction and employer branding initiatives.
Learn how data and insights support hiring decisions.
Gain basic exposure to employee lifecycle activities, talent development, employee engagement, and HR process improvement.
Develop communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Understand and maintain strict confidentiality when supporting HR-related work.
Key Responsibilities
Support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment coordination.
Assist with career fairs, campus engagement activities, and recruitment campaigns.
Support recruitment reporting and talent pipeline tracking.
Assist with administrative and project-based recruitment activities.
Support basic tracking and administrative documentation for employee relations matters under HRBP guidance.
Learn about employee relations processes through structured briefing, observation, or non-confidential examples where appropriate.
Assist with preparation and organization of general HR records while maintaining confidentiality.
