Job Description:
1. Align and deploy global HR strategies for the MX team.
2. Advise and guide line managers on Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits, labor relations, engagement, and performance management.
3. Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team in Houston.
4. Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits for US employees, in partnership with our compensation provider.
5. Collaborate with Global Talent Acquisition to support hiring processes and meet global requirements.
6. Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring a positive employee experience.
7. Monitor HR KPIs, analyze trends, and propose strategic actions.
8. Act as the primary point of contact for US employees, resolving issues promptly and suggesting improvements.
